Customer satisfaction is something that matters most at Cardexia LLC. Since most of our products also feature closed sports cards, hobby boxes, collectible merchandise, and time-sensitive or condition-sensitive products, all refund and returns are under the following conditions.
We only accept the returns when the item received is damaged, fruddled, wrong, or even materially dissimilar to the ordered item. You have to reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and mention your order number, explain the problem, and take photos of the problem, which are clear, where needed.
Returned items should be in new condition, that is, not used or opened, and they should be in same shape in which they were received such as packaging material, seals, name tags and other attachments as it was met and conditional. We can reject refunding of the open sealed products, items that are used, modified products, as well as damaged goods received after delivery.
In case of returned goods being accepted, we will give you a replacement, store credit, or get the money back as the original means of payment, according to the availability of the product and the type of problem. Shipments cannot be refunded unless in the case of our mistake or a broken/malfunctioning product.
Some of them can be end sale, such as limited-release products, and clearance items, promotional items, gift cards, and opened sealed hobby products, except when necessary under law. When a package is rejected, undeliverable owing to a wrong address, returned, owing to the impossibility of completing delivery, we can reduce the original shipping costs with the return shipping costs when refund is allowed.
Approved refunds will also be delivered to the payment method within a fair duration. Depending on your payment processor, processing time can take a long time.
