In Cardexia LLC, we strive to deliver orders within a safe and correct manner and in the shortest time possible. Orders are normally processed in 3-4 business days, without weekends, holidays, launch of new products and high sales periodics.
The time of delivery could take longer or shorter depending on where you are located, the shipping method of your choice, delays by your carrier, weather conditions and availability of products. The convenience of estimated delivery times is only estimated and not applicable as a guarantee.
It is the duty of the customer to ensure that he/she has supplied a full accurate shipping address during checkout. Cardexia LLC does not take responsibility of delays, losses or problems in delivery due to wrong or incomplete address particulars provided by the consumer. In case an order is sent back to us because of address problem, the re-shipment might be charged.
After order has been shipped, you may get tracking of your order (where applicable). The risk of loss and title of purchased goods to the customer transfers to the latter upon delivery to the shipping carrier, to the extent imposed by law.
We do package a product so that we can aid in safeguarding the undamaged boxes of hobby and collectible cards and other related products during shipping. We are however, not liable to carrier based delays, missed delivery times or damages after the package is handed over to the carrier except where stipulated by law, or a claim is accepted in accordance with our refund policy.
In case we cannot deliver in the guaranteed time, or where no delivery time was quoted and the shipment is delayed longer than of reasonable duration, we are required to inform you and offer options during delivery that are callings in accordance with the relevant law.
